iOS SDK 4.0.2 and Xcode 3.2.3 | 2.49 GB

iPhone OS is the operating system running on the iPhone (both original and 3G models) and the iPod Touch. It is based on a variant of the same basic Mach kernel that is found in Mac OS X. iPhone OS includes the software component "Core Animation" from Mac OS X v10.5 which, together with the PowerVR MBX 3D hardware, is responsible for the interface's smooth animations. The operating system takes up less than half a GB of the device's total 8 GB or 16 GB storage. It is capable of supporting bundled and future applications from Apple, as well as from third-party developers. Software applications cannot be copied from Mac OS X but must be written and compiled specifically for the iPhone.
This is XCode 3.2.3 with the iPhone OS 4.0 beta 1 SDK that was released Thursday April 8th, 2010. It runs on Mac OS X Snow Leopard only.

The problem I have is when I use the supplied IGo program, 8.3.4.102680 Aug 13 2009, with R17 map the screen backlight stays high. When I use Primo either on the internal flash or on the SD card during the load up screen the display goes dim and when I check the backlight level in the GPS program it is at maximum, but under system it has reset to minimum. I reset brightness under system, run igo, no problems, run primo, brightness resets to minimum. During the day the screen is so dim that you cannot see details on the screen, Any ideas? I am using Primo 8.5.9.153032 Jul 22 2010 with R17 map.

Voice_TTS-nua-Eng-uk-Holly V1.5: - This package is based on the original work of tonypants at MobilePassion. This originally replaced the existing Samantha US package but was not standalone. It is now a standalone package based on the TomTom vocalizer package. It can be downloaded from this link:

Just extract the contents of each package to your primo folder and select the voice under More / Settings / Sounds and Warnings / Voice Language in Primo.

I have not at this stage made any alterations to the rules relating to these voices so they may well require some tweaking. I leave it up to each user to make their own adjustments.

Note that the folder tts_nua_v5\enu\phoneme\ is not transferred to the new packages as it designed for the US voice only and sounds funny when used with the other voices.

I've just put Igo8.3.4.102680 on my c520 but for some reason my miopocket no longer autoboots, also when I press the icon the Igo app goes to load but then nothing. I've been into task manager and it says its running but I cant get it to come up on the screens.

Any Help??

These files came from the Aldi GPS that shipped with Primo so there should be no issues with using them. Note the Aldi unit has 128MB RAM.

File contains TTS_Loq folder, dll's and voices (US and UK) plus Australian and NZ phoneme files.
